Driving regulations

In 2016 – Sharjah Sport Council received many fines concerning driving violations of the road act. The global amount of these fines was 22.800 AED (approx. 5300 €). For this reason, all the teams are required to pay their own fines resulting from any violation of the Road Act of UAE, in 2018. Sharjah Sports Council will be sending out these fines to the respective teams. The race is from start point of the stage to the finish point of the stage. Concerning the route from Hotel to start of the stage, and the route from end of the stage to hotel, it is your responsibility to respect driving rules. For your reminder, speed limits : In city – 60 Km/h In highway – 100 to 120 Km/h
